Unable to drag&drop adjustment layer to my Color effects file in Libararies

Hi all,

Previousloy I was always able to drag and drop any adjusmtnet layer (color edit) I created to my Color Effects file in Libraries. But since Ive updated my Photoshop to its very latest version I am not able to do that any more.

I have Macbook Pro 2013, 1tb ssd, 16 gigs of ram, Catalina

Does anyone knows how to fix this?
