Unable to install previous Photoshop version on Win7

Greetings everyone,

due to some errors i had to uninstall my current version of Photoshop on my Win7 PC. I wanted to reinstall the last Win7-compatible version with the Creative Cloud app which is not possible for some reason. I can't even click on the 3 dots to find older Photoshop versions because it just says "not compatible". Where or how can i reinstall an older version of Photoshop now? The CC does not let me do it the conventional way. I'm hoping for any kind of help. Thank you!

I am using CC 5.2.1.441 on windows 7 and want to reinstall Photoshop 2020 (version 21.0)

You'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care and request a download link for version 2020

The Creative Cloud app only allows you to install the current and previous version
