unable to intialize backing library

I am getting this pop up everytime I change to a different tool how do I fix this issue...

I am on the latest version of Photoshop and on a M1 Chip laptop..pleasde help Screen Shot 2022-08-19 at 9.00.04 AM.png

in Photoshop menu, select Help > System Info.

  1. In the System Info dialog, click Copy.
  2. Attach or copy the info to your question/discussion thread.

We suspect this is from running under Rosetta 2 with a 3rd party extension, and need your system info log to further diagnose.
