unable to intialize backing library

I am getting this pop up everytime I change to a different tool how do I fix this issue...

I am on the latest version of Photoshop and on a M1 Chip laptop..pleasde help

We suspect this is from running under Rosetta 2 with a 3rd party extension, and need your system info log to further diagnose.

in Photoshop menu, select Help > System Info.
