Unable to launch Photoshop 22.2 on M1 MacBook Air - stuck on loading Halide Bottlenecks

Hello,

on a MacBook Air (macOS 11.2.1) I am trying to run Photoshop.

I have installed Photoshop with Creative Cloud, but it always get stuck during start of the software.

Also it opens twice Photoshop (but both instances do not work).

I have a fast internet connection, I'm logged in into CC, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop.

How to solve this?

Sorry, it did not help.

Photoshop is trying to launch and waiting forever at "Halide Bottleneck".

I have completely removed everything inside that folder, the folder had anyway 25kb only.
