Hi have read through a couple of the previous posts regarding this problem and tried the trouble shooting.

Shut down photoshop

Signed out and in of Creative Cloud

Bought a PSD file from Creative Market, not sure whether thats relevant.

Added fonts to font book.

Can use fonts on another layer.

Clicked on manage fonts and only a few available for replacing.

Photoshop is updated.

See screen shot.

Thanks a million for your ongoing support 🙂

Correct answer Kevin Stohlmeyer

How many total fonts do you have active?

What format are the fonts you are trying to access (Type 1, Open Type, etc.)

I see in your screenshot you are using LemonMilk. That now has an update called LemonMilk Pro which is OpenType.

I cant waste any more time on this and dont want to waste your time.  Instead of getting the fonts to work on the layers that were in the doc, I just created new layers and used the fonts.

Thanks a lot for your wonderful support 🙂

Hi @broomeGirl I see you don't have any replies for a few days, sorry about that! Are you still having the same issue with fonts in Photoshop? Were these fonts specified in the Creative Market file? Have you checked to see if they are activated in your Creative Cloud Adobe Fonts account? Sometimes, you have to exit Photoshop, then toggle the fonts off and back on again in the cloud to get them to show up the next time you launch Photoshop. Let us know how it's going.

Thanks for getting back to me.  I have already tried logging out and in but it wont recognise the fonts, even after adding them.

@broomeGirl

Did you get these typefaces from Adobe Fonts or from another website?
