Unable to name files or location when exporting

This is a new occurrence, been happening for a few days. I updated to the latest version to see if that would help but I still can't scroll up in the 'save as' box to name the file or put the location of where the file should be saved.  Have a ton of images from the same photoshop file that I need to create and this is really hindering my ability to organize.  I am forced to just save as is and go find the file and rename and relocate.  Anyone else experiencing this or able to help?  Thank you so much
