Unable to Uninstall Photoshop from Creative Cloud

I'm encountering an issue with uninstalling Photoshop from my Creative Cloud. The option to delete it doesn't appear at all in the dropdown menu. When I checked the settings, it mentioned that a removal tool component is needed, but the installation process for this component gets stuck every time I try
