Unable to update Photoshop

Question

I have updates to install to my PS program, but I keep getting the message, "update failed". What's going on?

I'll need some more information to help you with this.

What version of Windows OS are you working on? Press Windows + R & type in 'winver' > share a screenshot of this screen.

Press and hold CTRL + ALT + T to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter and select one of the following options.

Use the first option, 'Close Creative Cloud and Related Processes,' to restart and refresh the Creative cloud.

If this does not help, you can use the second option to 'Clean up Creative Cloud App Installation.'

Use the 'Windows | Alternate Downloads' to download the package & follow the steps in the above-share article to install Creative Cloud.
