Unable to use Photoshop 2020 on Windows 7 - Unable to verify subscription status

Question

I installed Photoshop 2020 on my Windows 7 machine, tried it out on a CR3 file, and called it good. Now, when I'm ready to work with it, it gives me "We can't verify your subscription status". Is there a fix?

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop due to the subscription status error. Have you tried to sign out & sign back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app to check if that helps? If not, please try that to check if that helps.
