I want to set my undo button to a two finger tap, but l can't even figure out how to undo in the first place. Please help:)

Which version of Photoshop?
Which operating system?
On Windows desktop, Ctrl + Z = undo last command.
On Mac desktop, Cmd + Z = undo last command.
UNDO may or may not work continuously. It all depends on which version you have.
