uninstalled photoshop and unable to reinstall on 2013 Mac Pro

Hi! I recently uninstalled a compatible un-updated version of photoshop following instructions on a thread here because I was having issues with photoshop recognizing my CC account. Now when I go to download it says incompatible with my mac and 10.12 OS needed. I can't update my mac because of other software unavailable at 10.12. Is there any solution or way to regain my older version of photoshop?

macOS 10.12 Sierra is old and long since unsupported. Adobe only makes the current and one previous version of its apps available.

Your Mac Pro will run up to Monterey, which is still (barely) supported, and will go out of support with Apple and likely with Adobe this fall.

It may be time to look for a new computer to run Photoshop.

You can install a previous version of Photoshop from the CC Desktop Client.

More informations you'll find here: Install previous versions of your Creative Cloud apps (adobe.com)

In case you need still an older version that isn't available in the cloud see here:

How to Get Direct Download Links for All Adobe Software | ProDesignTools

or you have to contact the Adobe support.
