Unknown GPU

I don't know what I'm going to say next is true or not but I believe the problem is intel driver, I mean the driver says my gpu is intel uhd but doesn't specify the model like 620, 630 etc. And maybe this is what's causing photoshop unknown gpu error. Any ideas about that?

Generally, integrated Intel GPUs are hit or miss. It may work and it may not. You really need something more powerful, like a Nvidia RTX 3050/4050 or better.

But since it worked before, it should be possible to get it to work again. First look for an updated Intel driver. Then reset Photoshop preferences. The preferences contain the entire application configuration, and resetting returns Photoshop to out-of-the-box factory state.

Mr. Dave I am using HP Elitebook 840 G7 with 10th generation core i5-10210U @ 1.60 Ghz processor the gpu is intel uhd driver version is 31.0.101.21 and the thing is for the last year photoshop worked without any problem but due to data corruption I had to reinstall photoshop and no matter which version I install it always give me unknown gpu error

After that, it looks like you are using an integrated GPU, which does not have dedicated VRAM but shares system RAM. Its access to system RAM will change according to other RAM use at that time.
