Unlicensed Adobe Illustrator Warning keeps opening on my Photoshop 2023

I was Installed an Illustrator app 5 days ago and when i open photshop, it says the illustrator app is unlicensed say it is unlicensed so uninstalled it immediately. Although i deleted the Illustrator software, it keeps opening on my Photoshop. I dont know if there is people that have been having trouble with this bug before.
