Unsuccessful render process Mockup Baker Freepick

I am trying to use the Freepik plugin for Photoshop called "Mockup Baker." I open the mockup file and upload the image in the correct place. However, when I press "Bake it," an Adobe Photoshop alert appears, saying "Unsuccessful render process."

There is no assistance available on the plugin page, and I haven't found any solution to this problem. How can I fix it?

@Camila Pinero you have to click the support button on the plugin page to go to the Plugin vendors site:

All - this is an issue with a third-party plugin. Please contact the vendor for support.

I have the same issue.

Did you find a solution yet?

Please double-check your taskbar to see if the Mockup Baker desktop app is already running. It's possible that the port required for running the plugins is already in use. I did close all instances of the desktop app and then restarted Photoshop.
