Unwanted Color Picker Behavior

I cannot figure out why my color picker is not accepting my input. For example, if I enter any of my own values for HSB, RGB CMYK, Lab and then I tab or select out of them it resets the values to what the selected color was. I have reset my color settings to default. I do not understand what I clicked on to change it as it was not like this a few days ago. Please advise. Thanks.
