Update-able Actionset on local server

Hello,

I have developed an Actionset, which almost every action is just one command - to run a script.

All the actions work as required on my private machine, but I'd like to share this Actionset with my colleagues at work.

The idea is, to save the actionset.atn at work on local server and whenever it is updated everyone in my team have the updated, most recent version.

My initial idea, was to ask everyone from my team to use "Load Actions" from the "Actions" palette, and navigate to actionset.atn on the local server, but:

1. (being unable to test it) I'm not sure if this way, the actions will be always up to date?
I mean, does Photoshop reload the actionset every time it is launched, or is the actionset loaded once (at the moment it was loaded) and is stored somewhere on the local machine, so when I update the actionset on the local server, the update won't reflect on my colleagues machines?

2. Every time I update the actionset and save it on the local server I have to literally redo every action at work, as I created the actions on my private machine, paths to scripts are not valid.

As the above idea seems to be quite problematic, is it possible to create a script, which would create the actionset?

I could update it with no limits and I would run this script on our team's machines, with Script Events Manager on every Photoshop launch.

(I realise this question may be silly, but although there are some objects in the reference guide which suggest it may be possible, I can't find any documentation about it - maybe I'm looking in the wrong place).

Or maybe, there are solutions to develop actionsets available for teams from local server, which can be updated?
