I am unable to update any of my Adobe apps. I just get a Update failed message.  Anyone else encountering this? I tried logging out of CC and restarting, then logging in again as instructed by support, but it doesn't fix the problem.

The way I solved it was to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud manager, uninstall Photoshop completely.  Do a fresh install of the CC manager and then go to install Photohop.   The other updates started working after I did this. I have not idea still what caused this.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to see that the applications are not getting updated. We're here to help.

Since when do you see this issue? Did you try any alternate network connection to update the applications?

What are your system specification and macOS versions?

Please try re-installing the application by following the download and install steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/download-update-errors.html.

Also, check this article for troubleshooting steps for updating errors in Creative Cloud: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Ranjisha
