Update for mandala symmetry tool

You've only got 4 GB of RAM and no dedicated GPU, the minimum system requirement for the most recent version is 8 GB of RAM.

Photoshop version 2019 in not available from the Creative Cloud but you can download it from here

Photoshop is very RAM hungry and you're going to have slowness with any CC version

You also only have 7.96 GB of free space for the scratch disk, you're going to run into issues on an OS level, you need to free up space on the C drive

Currently I have Photoshop and Firefox opened and as you can see my system is using 6.7 GB of RAM and my scratch disk is using 6.5 GB of space
