Update reset my photoshop without prompting to migrate settings

I recently updated to the latest Photoshop (24.4.1) and my custom workspace is missing, along with my custom Actions. It updated without prompting me to migrate any settings from the previous version. I reverted back to the previous version to see if my settings would come back but it didn't.
How can I get them back?

First, always save actions as .atn documents to recover in the future.
Since you didn't, it may still be possible to locate them. Search for Actions Palette.psp ideally before the update!
Copy Actions Palette.psp from your old backup and replace Actions Palette.psp in your current \Documents and Settings\ folder. May work.

Hi @vilacron sorry to hear this.  Do you have auto update selected in your CCD? You can turn this on and off so nothing happens without you doing the update.  Also, you can choose to remove or save your previous settings...

If you have any backup software, TimeMachine or other, are you able to rollback and find your prefs folder?
