You're missing the point. You're getting that in the beta version - and the whole point of a beta is so that users can report issues in the latest build. An outdated beta has no purpose!

You're not getting that prompt in a normal production version.

Edit - just repeating what Dave said, but it seems that might be necessary.

@alpaslandemireli to resolve uninstall the current beta and then using the CC desktop app, install the latest beta. Photoshop Beta requires a full reinstall and will not show as an update.

@davescm For some people beta updates do not show and it says they are on the latest even with the pop up notification.  Unisntalling and reinstalling is the recommended method from the team.

The idea of the public beta is to allow users to trial and give feedback on upcoming features. That feedback is only of real value if it is in response to the current beta. Hence the prompt to update.

You will not see such a prompt in the released version.

If you pop up a sticker inside softwre window you  must put settings "dont show again" or "close button"...... its 2023 and we talk about AI.......

Not everybody opens the Creative Cloud desctop app on a daily basis, and as you can see from the message, it's important that users are aware because that version will soon time out and stop working.  We chose whether to install beta versions, and that wee pop-up is a very small price to pay.  Plus, you only need to follow its advice and update, and the notice goes away.
