I updated Photoshop CC yesterday to the latest version. The Photoshop window no longer fits on my screen. My display details are provided below - 3840x2160. I am on Windows 10 latest update.
I can only view part of the Photoshop window (see below)
I did not have this issue prior to the update.
Can anyone assist?
CC 2018.1 Scaling is automatically done using your Windows 10 Creators Edition displays settings.
You have resized a partial screen capture so it is not impossible to know the number of pixels used to display some UI elements. Scaling your 4K display 250% will make you 3840x2160 a UI display 1536x864. A lot of you display surface will be use for Photoshop UI. It also looks like some elements are not displaying correctly like your Brush palette. You may have a problem with the device driver f

The image in the image widow if it is canvas size the Canvas top left corner is not at 0 on the horizontal and vertical rulers. Are you using Artboards I never have.
What is the resolution of your 4K display is scaling it 250% really necessary. Here are some common 4K Display resolutions and sizes.
283DPI 16:9 3840x2160 15.6" Wacom Mobile studio $3000 its a computer
185DPI 16:9 3840x2160 24" Dell 4K P2415Q IPS Amazon $380
163DPI 16:9 3840x2160 27" Dell 4K P2715Q IPS Amazon $480
159DPI 16:9 3840x2160 28" Dell 4K S2817Q Not IPS Amazon $430
140DPI 16:9 3840x2160 32" Dell 4K P3216Q IPS Amazon $1263
104DPI 16:9 3840x2160 43" Dell 4K P4317Q IPS Amazon $1200
IMO if your 4K display size is large you do not need to scale it. Window recommends I scale my 24: 4k Display 200%. I find 175% is better. a 15: laptop I would think 200% would be good for you normally are closer to its display then you would be on a desktop display.. A 13" laptop I think would need 225% or 250% A 32" or43" 4K display I would thing 100% no scaling would be good.

Thanks for your response. I changed my display to 175% which was perfect for Photoshop but Lightroom and all other apps I have were too small. I then reverted to 250% which Dell recommend for my computer, and to my surprise Photoshop no longer has a size problem and is fine as are all other apps. So indirectly you resolved my problem. Many thanks

Try 200 and 225 you may like one better than 250 if your display is around 15" in size.
