Updated to PS 24 and my selection border is gone.... help.

When I go to select a layer, I usually see the image border after selecting the image. Now I don't see it and its annoying. How do I get this blue border back? Thanks!!

What are the Move Tool’s settings in the Options Bar (in particular »Show Transgorm Controls«)? 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?
