updates check photoshop cc

I am on photoshop cc 2019 subscription how can I check if I have the latest version, using os catalina on macbook pro?

Hi

Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check for updates from there

If updates are not showing for some reason take a look here

It might look a little different on a Mac (same principle).
