Hello everyone, I updated Photoshop a few days ago but it stilll says that I have the "Adobe Photoshop Version: 19.1.6 20180808.r.398 2018/08/08: 1185588  x64" so I have none of the new features. What should I do to solve this?

Hi, Make sure to check that may be you have installed the both versions 19.1.6 and 20.0 ?

Otherwise check these requirements because mostly creative cloud shows you updates according to your system requirements.

Photoshop system requirements

If you are using window make sure you have updated your window version.

PS Cc 2019 Only support these operating systems.

Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 10* (Version 1709 or later)

You need to install the new version. Version 20. CC 2019  You are still using CC 2018. version 19. Use the creative Cloud Application.

Yeah but on creative cloud the "Update" option does not show because I updated it already, it just says "Open"

Make sure creative cloud application is up to date.  You could also try renaming its database on you machine it will most likely create a new one which might fix any problem in your current database.
