URGENT : Generative Fill in photoshop and Photoshop Beta is stuck.

Since this afternoon (15th May 2024, Noon GMT, the generative fill does not work neither in photoshop 2024 nor on Photoshop Beta. It's actually stuck. It loads and the process reaches 100% and then freezes there. i have checked my internet connection and everything is fine. Anyone having the same issue? I need to deliver a set of architectural photos and need a couple of items to me removed and I cannot WORK!!!!
Any help?

Having issues with both Generative and Content-Aware fill as of today. Everything was fine yesterday, but Content-Aware has been producing either nothing or nearly empty patterns, and Generative has been producing odd images such as bald heads and lines of indecipherable script.

I downloaded the new version of Photoshop today and generative AI no longer works at all. I just get an error. I tried uninstalling and re-installing an earlier version of Photoshop and that didn't work either. I'm trying to chat with customer service but they're overloaded right now. Probably because they screwed up their update.

On 23rd May, Firefly had a 4-6 hour outage which directly impacted most of the Firefly-powered features across the Photography group of products. It was fixed & should have returned to normal after a couple of hours. If the issue still exists, please feel free to reply here or start a new conversation.
