Great karma for anyone who might have saved & be willing to share an install copy of desktop photoshop v 22.1.2 that I nesd to run a third party plug-in on an M1Mac. While Adobe does allow the downloading of older photoshop versions the oldest that Adobe can offer me is PS v. 22.2, which unfortunately is incompatable with the plug-in. I spoken with Adobe and they can't give me the verion i require. But, maybe you can if you've saved the older photoshop install copies. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Brad_Imager There is no installer for Photoshop 22.1.2 that a user can share and I'd be leary if someone offered you one - it most likely contains malware. Adobe customer support should have provided you with a link to download the base version. Did you talk to an actual person or just the chat bot?
What is the plugin you are trying to run?

Hi, Thanks for your question. I'm wanting to run a desktop Photoshop plugin called 'Wow! Frequency Equilizer' by Know How Transfer on an M1 Mac studio using PS in Rosetta... heres their link: https://www.knowhowtransfer.com/
"All plugins are now compatible with the latest versions of Photoshop and WIN, and MAC Intel Operating Systems.
With MAC, M1, and M2 CPUs only compatible until Photoshop 22.1.2 in native mode or with the latest Photoshop Versions with Rosetta. "
The Adobe support representive was friendly and checked with someone but said that i could only have access to the older PS versions offered which in my case stops at PS V. 22.2.
Maybe i should try calling Adobe back and press the issue.

In case you don't know how to run photoshop 2023 under Rosetta:
Run photoshop under Rosetta
by going to
Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023
right clicking on the
Adobe Photoshop 2023.app
then Get Info, check Open using Rosetta

Hi @Jeff Arola already addressed - the plugin only works up until version 22.1.2 newer versions are incompatible. The only recourse is to contact Customer Care to send an installer link which is sounds like they would not do.

It's a really confusing website trying to find the plugins let alone the system requirements.
However, i did download the trial version of Wow! Frequency Equilizer 2 and i can not
get it to run a 2022 Mac Studio with MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 running photoshop 2022 or
2023 under Rosetta or photoshop 2021 (22.2), which is an Intel application, so it's not at
all clear, at least to me, from their website what works on what.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for all your efforts on my behalf. The compatibility chart you shared from the Know How Transfer contains updated information that I had not seen, specifically that the plug-ins now work on"MAC M1, M2 with Rosetta: Photoshop CC2021 to CC2023 (PS24). Thanks for trying to get the trial version of WOW to work on your end, much appreciated. Curious as to why it wasn't working for you or me, I re-downloaded my paid for version of WOW 2 pro plug-in from Know How Knowledge, and during the installation process and a pop-up screen had some important info on where in photoshop one could access the WOW plug-in.( see attached file) In the past the WOW plug-in was located under 'filter', now however its not in 'filter' its moved to Windows > Extensions > Wow... and it working! I'm running it with M1 studio, MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 running photoshop 2023/4 in Rosetta. I do love what this app can do. Maybe you'll give it another try? Thanks again for your very helpful support.
