Hi erverybody, i use photoshop 19.0 with a wacom intuos pro tablet, but the pressure difference of the stylus is not recognized. I reinstalled the drivers several times, in the Wacom settings, the pressure is recognized. The problem comes from the photoshop software.

How to reactivate the pressure ?

Thanks

Can this video help? Maybe you find the a-ha moment somewhere in it, even if it does not suit your question 100%

Hi

If you are using a Windows based system then to get pen pressure to work you can do either of the following (don't mix them)

Method 1 :

Check "Use windows ink" in the Wacom tablet properties

or

Method 2 :

Uncheck "Use windows ink" in the Wacom tablet properties

Create a text file called  PSUserConfig.txt containing the line  UseSystemStylus 0

Put that text file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 Settings

That is for v19.0 which is CC2018. For other versions change the Photoshop settings folder accordingly

Can you see the " ! " close to "Controle" brush pressure ?

does it mean that there is an issue with the driver ? (I allready re instal it both time, and in wacom parameters, everything is ok, differences pressure are recognized.)

Curretly when i apply a very light line, it appears raw...
