User-added font does not work with custom action

I've had a custom action to place a text box with a numeral in Sans Source Pro font on my canvas for about two years.

This january, the action began placing the numeral in Myriad Pro font, despite the action still showing "San source 3 VF" as the defined font.

When I re-create the custom action, it works properly until I close PS. Then the same action places the numeral in Myriad Pro again.
