I'm trying all sorts of things in order to get Lightroom Classic and Photoshop 2021 to open and run as fast as they used to a while ago and am using Acronis True Image to perform some system utilities on my Windows 10 PC.

Their tool shows me the attached screen grab of information in the Clean-up tool for User Credentials. Is it safe to clean-up this long list of seemingly duplicated Adobe stuff?
