User guide in PDF format

On the first day of any Adobe training, I show my audience of the whereabouts they need to go for reference materials. One main location I show is the "Help" menu and show them what's available in say Photoshop Help. I click on "User Guide" and navigate through one or two topics. In some cases I ask the users to download user guide as a PDF from the link on the web page, but for a while now I cannot see the link to download this PDF, do you know if Adobe are keeping such user guide in PDF in recent years or not?
