Hello. I have PShop 19.1 Been printing to Canon printer for years thru canon driver (export to .. ipf8300) route. No problems.
Just got Epson P800. Trying to print thru pshop (Print...) route. I need to set user defined paper size. I do that and select 'Save' but the user defined size (which I have named) is gone next time I go into this menu.
Short story - user settings not being saved. I get no errors. But this causes the paper size setting to go to default of 8.5x11 when I print. Not good.
Ideas I hope?
