Using PS without internet acces

I subscribe to the full Adobe Cloud. For internet access I use a data service with a cap. This month I have maxed out my data. In the past I have been able to use PS without connecting to the internet. Of course I wasn't able to use PS features that require internet. This time when I attempt to open PS I receive a message stating without internet my identity can't  be verified.  Is there a way for me to access PS without the internet connection? This also occurs with other cloud applications.

You can stay offline for 30 days. The only internet access required is the once-every-thirty-days license verification. If you're past those 30 days you get these reminders. But it should still run for up to ninety days (although with an increasing amount of nagging).

Can't you just hook up to a phone or something, just to get the license running again?

Use the Creative Cloud desktop app to sign in if required. That will take care of all the individual apps, they don't have to be open.

Thank you.  I was not aware of the 30/90 day "rule." Previously when reaching my cap I must have signed in closer to losing my connection so I was within the grace period. In the future I will be sure to have have a recent sign-in as I near the cap. I was too impatient to wait the nagging out. Internet is back up and running so Adobe and I are happy again.
