Using the move tool to transform objects

  1. Hi all

I used to be able to transform objects with the move tool. 

It used to automaticly show me the dots around the objects when I picked it with the move tool.

Nw this option is gone and I have to press Ctrl T evrey single time.

anyone know what happend and can I reverse it??
