Vanishing point problem in photoshop

Hi i have problem in Photoshop

1.  vanishing point cant delete, i try delete or with +control. its very frustated

2. create new planes but some point or some dirrection cant control size

3.  rullers are dissapear on vanishing points

4. snap cant use in vanishing point

5. resize paste picture point its so difficult to search, look big size and not easy to find
