Variables in photoshop

Working with variables.  I have done this a millon times however now no matter what i do when i export them all.... They all have the exact same images.  Why wont it export all the data sets?  Please can somone help me.  My cvs file is correct and when i preview all the data sets that are all correct however again when i export the data sets are labeled different but look axactly the same.

Please specify the Photoshop version so someone on a Mac can check it on their side, as it is strange that the preview does not match the output. The data sets haven't changed for years, from what I know.

I have not seen a case where the preview doesn't match the output. Can you show the images paths or share the CSV or screenshots of the image variables and preview etc.
