Very Faint Lines in Elipse Tool and Triangle, I can only delete this faint line when rastering. why?

Even with effects turned off.

Here is settings for blending options



Again, just started doing this.

I make sure to save 2 versions of every project incase my auspicious/autistic ace self does something. Ill try reststartting preferences. If It doesnt fix it I'll remove this forum post. If Forum posts is still up I'll need assistance. thanks in advance guys
