Very slow animation when zooming on MacBook Pro 13" 2020

When you change the scale using the touchpad, the animation is very slow and Photoshop is very slow.

Adobe Photoshop 22.3.0

In the video, I made quick movements on the touchpad in 1 second, and then the scale changes for a very long time, as you can see.
