@Godzinski For the video render - please give some relevant system info in order to help us help you.

Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Also note where you are trying to save the video rendition.

As for the pen tool - there hasnt been a significant change in the Pen behavior since 2020. Thats when "Rubber Band" was introduced. You can disable it via the option bar above.
