Hey guys, pls bare with my english...
I just bought Photoshop because I planned to make gifs.
However, as soon as I want to import video frames a window pops up and it says, that the video options aren't compatible with my windows version.
Is there any chance to make it work or should I stop trying?
Thanks in advance!
(I downloaded a 32bit version, since the 64bit isn't campatible with my laptop.)
Unfortunately, video is not supported on the 32 bit versions of windows, with photoshop cc.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "video options aren't compatible". Perhaps Photoshop doesn't like the format your video is in. If this is the case you could try converting your video into something like MP4 using Adobe Media Encoder or HandBrake.

agreed, check your codex i.e, have you got a media player installed that will play this video outside of Photoshop?
