videos rendered wont upload to social media

when i render video (mp4 file) in photoshop it wont upload to social media. this has always worked before, so im not sure what happened. all specs appear to be the same. except for when i render the video and save to my pc it has a "film" frame on the sides, where it did not have a frame before, it was just the image. ive reset all settings back to default. tried saving it as a gif. even tried a video converter for social media, that didn't work either.  any insight would be helpful and i greatly appreciate it!
