Virtual Keyboard pop up only in Photoshop

It looks like this:

I pop up immediately when trying to type anything.

But itdoes not pop up in other apps like InDesign, Illustrator and whatever installed on the workhorse.

So I guees it's a Photoshop issue.

This machine is a Window10. And the normal virtual keyboard has been turned of. Also on the Wacom tablet.

Any bets?

    Which version of Photoshop are you using and is it updated to the latest version available?
