With the new PSD update I have a display problem, if I zoom in to more than 100% or decrease to less than 100%, the art is in poor quality. it looks pixelated.

When you zoom to more than 100%, pixelation will occur, because Photoshop has to invent the missing pixels.
At 200% view, 75% of the pixels you see on screen will be invented by interpolation.
The apparent sharpness at magnifications smaller than 100% will vary. I believe 66.7%, 50%, 25%, 12.5% etc. will display sharper than intermediate magnifications.
At 100% you will see a true representation of the image, because one image pixel is represented by one screen pixel.

You Don't have a recognized graphics card so the above post is correct - you wont have full res previews at odd zoom measurements. Only 33.3, 50, 66.7 and 100% will look smooth.
You need a graphics card for the advanced zoom features and smooth blending at measurements (up to 100)
