Hello- I'll try to keep this focused! 🙂 I use CC and Photoshop with a Dell XPS desktop running Win11. I keep everything updated. Recently I bought ON1 Raw software to compliment my editing. After installing I recieve the error message below. My help menu GPU compatibilty says my Nvidia GTX card is compatible but I still downloaded/installed the latest driver from Nvidia. The error remained. I then downloaded/ installed the lastest Vulkan .dll (driver?) into the SYS 32 and SYS64 system folders (following to the letter some YouTube videos). Finding the Vulkan ws a chore because my security rejected 2 sites as risks. After installing Vulkan PS started crashing fairly quickley after opening. I then uninstalled the Nvidia drivers and went to Dell support to download/ install thier recommended drivers for the machine a XPS desktop. PS is not crashing now but I still get the error on using the plug in. My workaround has been to use the plug-in independantly of PS. This is acceptable but slows down the workflow a lot. Does anyone know where I find the Vulkan info and how to install it so I can use the plug-in inside of PS.
Thank You -
Gary Fern
