WACOM and Photoshop Problem

When using Wacom Pen to use hand tool to move around/ pan /zoom, Photoshop freezes one image, I have many images open, but the screen stays stuck on one image. And then I need to close photoshop and re-open it again. Sometimes with losing my work, sometimes not

 

I currently have to use my mouse for above instead of Wacom intuios S pen

 

Photoshop 23.2

Windows 10 Pro

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E31230 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz

16GB ram

Since when are you seeing this issue? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Do you have the latest version of the Wacom driver installed? Drivers | Wacom
