Wacom - Hand tool stuck after next selection in Photoshop

Everything you're going through has something to do with this. (24.5 , 24.6)

I'm having the same issue, and I was hopeful after finding this thread but I just updated my Wacom driver and restarted my computer and the issue seems to be persisting... Just here to see if anyone has any other suggestions? :')

Startup, 236.9G, 20.0G free - it is suggested that you have a min of 100gb of scratch disk space. Try to free up more and restart Ps and see if the issue persists.

Also, make sure your GPU is valid for Ps:
