Wacom Intuos pen settings problem in Photoshop 2022

Settings made in the pen settings panel in Photoshop is automatically changed to complete other settings as soon as I touch the tablet with the pen. When I use the mouse it works as expected.

I would try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

Migrate presets, actions, and settings (adobe.com)

Do you use the latest Wacon tablet driver? This is at the moment version 6.3.44-2.
