Wacom Intuos Pro - holding option for clone stamp/healing brush wont work

It works fine when holding option and clicking on the part I want to source with the clone stamp tool when I use a mouse or track pad, but when I ust the wacom tablet the little circle with the crosshairs in it disappears the moment the pen gets close to the tablet. So I can't use the tool with the tablet because it won't let me click on a source spot. Any ideas why this is happening? I've updated to photoshop 2017, have the newest driver for the tablet. I'm on a 2011 mac, still running yosemite. The tablet is brand new.

Hi @face321 ,

This thread my help. https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/keyboard-shortcuts-not-working-when-using-wacom/m-p/10547349#M140837

You can also set up an Express key on your tablet.

Happy making

I'd love to know how you sorted this issue out...I am experiencing the same after an adobe and wacom update....big sigh...

Sorry this is so old I have no idea if I ever fixed it. I don't actually even use the wacom tablet anymore, though I should. Hopefully the comment from mj with another thread and suggestion is helpful though!

I managed to sort my issue out. 🙂 I downgraded my wacom driver to about 3 versions back! All running perfectly snooth now. Yayy!

That must be a Mac or Mac Wacom driver problem.  It works correctly on my Windows 10 system with my Wacom Intuos Pro and Photoshop CC 2017.  Do some searches.
