Wacom mobile studio and Photoshop 2021 touch issue

So quick to the point,when I want to use touch commands with my Wacom mobile studio like simply zooming in or out on my canvas or rotating, Photoshop just gives me lines as if it doesn't understand I'm using my fingers not my pen. I don't have this issue with other drawing programs like clip studio paint.... anybody have a solution ?
