Wacom Tablet Freezing Photoshop

Hi! For some reason whenever I use my Wacom intuos pro to photo edit on Photoshop it sporadically freezes leaving me with the spinning multi-coloured circle and I then have to re-edit everything as I can't be saving every second just in case it freezes again. It'll work sometimes for hours and I'll have no issues, and sometimes it happens everytime I boot and reboot Photoshop. I've checked all of my drivers and they seem to be up to date and my Macbook Pro is on the latest firmware (MacOS Monterey). I tried contacting Wacom support and they just told me to contact Adobe Forums. Does anyone know of a possible fix to this?

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with the freezing issue in Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're using? Were you able to give any input from the tablet and keyboard?

Please try reinstalling the Wacom drivers and check if that makes any difference.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi I'm using the latest version of Photoshop (23.0.2) and I'm working on my Macbook Pro 13-Inch M1 with the latest verstion MacOS Monterey. I'll try reinstalling the drivers and see if that helps. I was using it for hours yesterday and I didn't experience any issues however I wasn't editing CR3 RAW Files and was just eduting JPeg's, so the issue may be with editing RAW files but I'll keep testing!
