Wacom Tablet is stuck on regular cursor in Photoshop

Hello! I am using a Wacom Intuos Tablet, using Photoshop 2020 on MacOS Catalina (I have a MacBook Pro)

My problem is I am trying to draw some little illustrations for my etsy shop, and am trying to change tools on photoshop and with the wacom tablet it won't let me use any of it. I've tried unplugging and replugging my wacom tablet. I've tried resetting preferences on Photoshop and my wacom tablet. This occurs quite often and it's extremely frusterating.
Below is a quite video showing what it happening because i'm not sure if I explained it right.

The first couple of seconds you see me writing mouse because I'm using a mouse to draw that. After that, I am using the wacom tablet and you can see, the drawing tool is selected but it won't let me draw as it thinks another tool is selected. It does this will all tools by the way (Shape tool, spot healing brush, etc)
